dots...

...the polka dots fill my eyes
and I don't know why

Strip down your choice of diction to the minimum –
Expect nothing from relative clauses jammed with empty adjectives
and incomplete thoughts
It’s pure delirium;
a cheap trick to render you helpless
when words seem aimless.
It’s not the first time you lost your orientation –
You simply need a map to reach your destination.
And so you don’t know where to turn –
Too bad you can’t find a secret place to hide all your failed plans
Stop worryin’ and check the time;
the plane is about to land and
your mind is a complete blank;
not to mention that despite the license
You still haven’t learnt to drive.
Do not be alarmed;
the instructions are at hand.
Someone will tell you what to do
and you will see it through.
Tell me one thing though:
does it frighten you to know that the subject in both sentences is you?
Do not base communication on
an endless row of punctuation
Replacing missing points with a series of dots
is as bad as hearin’ your neighbour sing hips don’t lie
While engagin’ in aerobic exercise
